Just had 2 nights over the weekend. Place nice and clean. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from, fresh and hot. Best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in by far. Will be coming back in July.
Absolutely brilliant stay at Premier Inn Keswick, spotlessly clean, smooth check in, special mention to Graham who went above and beyond when our plans changed, and to Adam the manager and Kane, for keeping us entertained on Saturday night!
Absolutely lovely hotel, and that goes for the staff and service. The room is brilliant, very comfortable .... Air con very quiet indeed!! The only dislike was the GREED of Horizon parking who manage the car park at £12 per night, and NO GUARANTEE of a space .... this isn't in my opinion, the fault of Premier Inn!
Stayed here for 3 nights the week before Xmas. Hotel was pretty quiet, not fully booked, so had no trouble getting a parking spot. Parking isn’t cheap at £12 for 24 hours, but if you don’t plan on moving your car at least you know it’s safe in a small out of the way car park. The guy on reception who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We had booked a Premier Plus room. This meant bigger room, fridge and coffee machine, and better WiFi (there’s also a handy fire stick hdmi port in the desk). Bed was very comfortable and room was cozy, no need to have the air-con on. The room was on the main road side, with a view of the river, pencil museum and Skidaw, but we could hardly hear passing traffic. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel so can’t comment on that, but the breakfast smelt good when we were on our way out!
Fabulous premier inn. Ideally located, just 3 min walk into the centre of Keswick. The breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I've had. Nice to have someone who knows how to properly cook black pudding, so it doesn't come out like a hockey puck. The mushrooms were also perfectly cooked, not sloppy. Thick cut bacon and delicious sausages rounded off a 10/10 breakfast. The room was perfect and very quiet, the bed as usual was very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here
Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Gave us some useful information travel and food. Hotel spotless, secure car park. Short walk to thr shops. Will stay again.
Basic Premier Inn. Room was adequate for our needs. Good comfortable bed. Car park was too small. If your plan is to explore the lakes by car be prepared to not have a space when returning even if you've paid £12 per night. Staff couldn't suggest an alternate car park. Not very helpful for me in my wheelchair.
Very convenient location. Good breakfast. Overnight car parking if not available in the hotel car park is available next to the pencil museum just a few metres away. They can store your bikes overnight in the bike sheds available at the hotel. Happy to return again.
